I have been in the building industry for most of my working life (25 years).

I started out working with and learning from carpenters and plasterers who were at the top of their game. Going forward with the skills and knowledge gained, I went on to work for two reputable building companies, both of which being employed as a working foreman. Aside from the carpentry and plastering I'm also able to multitask in many other trades as well such as wall and floor tiling, painting & decorating & plumbing works to name a few.

Because of my extensive experience in other trades it means I am often able to take the projects from inception through to fruition without the need for other tradesmen. At SMS we offer all aspects of work from general maintenance & repairs through to renovation & refurbishment. I am now my own boss and getting a great deal of satisfaction from that. I am conscientious, have a very keen eye for detail and take a great deal of pride in whatever I do.
